Immediate Support and Resources
The program aims to provide immediate support and resources to individuals who have not yet received a substance use disorder (SUD) assessment or are unable to access recovery supports due to crises hindering their progress. The STS Program, we aspire to create a safe and nurturing environment for individuals seeking assistance and guide them towards a healthier, more stable future
Safe and Nurturing Environment
The STS Program will be overseen by a team of dedicated certified peer staff who possess a deep understanding of the challenges faced by individuals with substance use or co-occurring disorders. These compassionate professionals will provide round-the-clock support and guidance to program participants, ensuring their safety, well-being, and progress towards recovery. In order to maintain the highest standards of care, staff members who are not already certified will be given a one-year period to obtain the necessary certifications.
The STS Program is committed to offering a comprehensive range of services to support participants on their recovery journey. These services include:
1. Meals: Each client will receive three nutritious meals per day, ensuring their dietary needs are met and contributing to their overall well-being.
2. Nursing/Medical Care: Access to medical professionals and nursing care will be readily available to address any immediate health concerns and provide ongoing support for physical and mental well-being.
3. Case Management: A dedicated team of case managers will work closely with program participants, offering individualized guidance and support. Case managers will help clients navigate the complexities of recovery, coordinate services, and connect them with community resources for long-term success.
