  • Prevention and Early Intervention Program – An evidence-based alcohol and drug education program that provides education, support, and direction to teens and families who may be at higher risk of serious involvement with alcohol and other drugs available at 708.647.3333 or online at The South Suburban Council.
  • Family Support – Interventionists can help individuals and families work toward detaching from the illness with compassion.
  • Virtual Assessments – Call our Access team at 708.647.3333 to walk through an assessment over the phone so we can build the right treatment plan for you or your loved one.
  • Virtual Outpatient Programs – Intensive, Basic, Intermediate, Adult, Adolescent, Youth, DUI and Co-Occurring. Adults and teens can receive treatment from their home environment while learning new coping skills to achieve and sustain abstinence.
  • Virtual Library – The South Suburban Council has made an extensive library available on timely topics free to the public. Helpful Links and Blog/News
  • Virtual Doctor and Virtual Psychologist – Available to our patients as a readily available service.
  • Recovery Coaches – Our Recovery Coaches can help individuals and families work toward detaching from the illness with compassion. Recovery Coach Access Line: 773.343.3510.
  • Residential – Our Residential and Crisis Stabilization programs remain open.
  • Recovery Home – Our New Recovery Home will be opening soon. An onsite transitional residency to bolster the success of sustained sobriety.
  • Gambling Disorder – We are a licensed and accredited Gambling Disorder Treatment Provider with dedicated Certified Gambling Counselors.

As always The South Suburban Council is here for our communities and residents. We will never limit access to care based on an inability to pay.
